You can call the Embassy: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 & Friday:  08:00 - 14:00

Consular opening hours:
Monday - Thursday:  09:00 - 12:00, 14.00 -16.00
Friday: 08.30 – 12.00

Due to data protection it is not possible to schedule an appointment via telephone.


Outside the opening hours of the Embassy and in the event of an emergency, ​​tourists in need of assistance can call us on 087 22 11 382.

Visa and passport applications and other questions that can be answered on this website will not be answered under this number!

Please note that you need to book an appointment for almost all Service (passport, visa, legal matters).

Barrier-free Access to the Embassy

The Embassy supports handicapped people and strives to enable them to have access to the Embassy.

However, ongoing construction works have a severe impact on access to the chancery and passport and visa section of the German Embassy.
In order to enable safe and secure access please inform the Embassy when you need a wheelchair or walking support.
There is a toilet with access for a wheelchair.
There is no braille writing in the Embassy.
