Fees
Here you will find a list of the current fees for German identity documents.
The fees are set by law in EURO and can be paid in cash or by credit card (Mastercard/Visa). Maestro and American Express cards cannot be accepted.
The card must be presented physically and the cardholder must sign.
We cannot process payments with other card providers. Payment with Google Pay, Apple Pay or contactless is also not possible.
For security reasons, mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched off and locked in the storage boxes before entering the building.
Important: Please note that a surcharge applies in the following cases:
- 48-page passport
- Express procedure
